Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands and Sweden.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs stated include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Domestic Deliveries within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95 per order. Orders with a total value of €49.00 or more are delivered free of charge within Germany.

The delivery period is 1–3 working days.

International Deliveries

For deliveries to Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order. Orders with a total value of €59.00 or more are delivered free of charge to these countries. The delivery period is 3–5 working days.

For deliveries to Denmark, we charge a flat shipping fee of DKK 59.00 per order. Orders with a total value of DKK 449.00 or more are delivered free of charge to Denmark. The delivery period is 3–5 working days.

For deliveries to Sweden, we charge a flat shipping fee of SEK 69.00 per order. Orders with a total value of SEK 599.00 or more are delivered free of charge to Sweden. The delivery period is 3–7 working days.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 7.90 per order. Orders with a total value of CHF 69.00 or more are delivered free of charge to Switzerland. Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees, which must be borne by the customer. The delivery period is 3–7 working days.

Delivery Periods

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1–3 working days and to destinations outside Germany within 3–7 working days following conclusion of the contract. Where advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins upon issuance of your payment instruction.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery periods, the goods will be dispatched in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery period for the entire order will be determined by the item with the longest delivery period.
